NanaKnots（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリおよび本ウェブサイト（nanaknots.com）で、どの情報を取り扱い、何に使うかを説明します。運営者が別のドメインで提供するサービスには、そのサービスのポリシーが適用されます。 This policy explains what information is handled, and for what purpose, by the apps provided by NanaKnots (the "Operator") and by this website (nanaknots.com). Services the Operator provides on other domains are governed by their own policies.

1. 写真の取り扱い（アプリ）1. How your photos are handled (apps)

Splitcover（ジャケガオ）は、選んだ写真を端末の中だけで処理します。画像の加工は端末のGPU（Metal）が、顔の位置の検出は iOS に用意された Vision の仕組みが行い、いずれも端末の中で完結します。写真や検出した顔の位置を、運営者のサーバーその他の外部へ送ることはありません。生成AIを利用することもありません。 Splitcover processes the photo you choose entirely on your device. Image processing runs on the device GPU (Metal) and face detection uses the Vision framework built into iOS; both complete on the device. Neither your photos nor the detected face positions are sent to the Operator's servers or to any other external party. No generative AI is used.

写真を選ぶ操作は iOS の写真ピッカーが行い、アプリに渡るのは選んだ1枚だけです。写真ライブラリ全体を読み取る許可は求めません。作った画像を保存するときに「写真への追加」の許可を求めますが、これは書き込みのみの許可です。 Photo selection is performed by the iOS photo picker, and only the single photo you select is handed to the app. The app does not request permission to read your photo library. When you save a result, the app requests add-only access to Photos, which permits writing and nothing else.

保存した画像は新しい写真として作られ、元の写真は変わりません。位置情報（GPS）・撮影日時・カメラ機種など、元の写真が持っていた撮影情報は、保存した画像に引き継がれません。 A saved result is written as a new photo; your original photo is left untouched. Capture metadata carried by the original — location (GPS), capture date and time, camera model — is not carried over to the saved image.

2. 購入情報2. Purchase information

Pro の購入・復元に関わる画面（ペイウォール、設定の Pro の節）を開いたとき、購入が有効かどうかを判定するため、購入管理サービス RevenueCat（米国）が発行する匿名の識別子と、購入した商品・購入日などの購入状態を取り扱います。 When you open a screen related to purchasing or restoring Pro (the paywall, or the Pro section of Settings), the app handles an anonymous identifier issued by RevenueCat (United States), the purchase-management service, together with purchase state such as the product purchased and the date of purchase, in order to determine whether the purchase is active.

決済は App Store が行い、クレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を運営者が受け取ることはありません。運営者から RevenueCat へ氏名やメールアドレスを渡す経路はなく、この識別子が氏名やメールアドレスと結びつくこともありません。 Payment is processed by the App Store; the Operator never receives payment details such as credit card numbers. There is no path by which the Operator passes your name or email address to RevenueCat, and the identifier is not linked to your name or email address.

Apple の様式（App Privacy）では「購入履歴」の収集として申告します。用途はアプリの機能（購入状態の判定）に限られ、利用者の識別情報とは結びつけず、トラッキングにも使いません。 In Apple's App Privacy disclosure this is declared as collection of Purchase History. Its purpose is limited to app functionality (determining purchase state); it is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.

3. 広告と解析（アプリ）3. Advertising and analytics (apps)

アプリに広告SDKは組み込んでいません。行動を測る解析SDKも組み込んでいません。アプリ内での操作を集計したり、他のアプリ・ウェブサイトをまたいで行動を追うことはなく、トラッキングの許可を求めることもありません。 No advertising SDK is embedded in the apps, and no behavioral analytics SDK is embedded either. Your in-app actions are not aggregated, your activity is not followed across other apps or websites, and you are never asked for tracking permission.

4. 本ウェブサイト4. This website

本ウェブサイトの配信には米国の Cloudflare を利用しており、提供・セキュリティ・障害対応のため、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・OS・端末の種別、アクセス日時、閲覧ページ、参照元URL、おおまかな地域が記録されます。 This website is served by Cloudflare (United States). For service delivery, security and incident response, the following are recorded: IP address, browser / OS / device type, access date and time, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate region.

表示言語の選択（日本語／英語）はブラウザのローカルストレージに保存され、運営者のサーバーへ送信されません。 Your display language choice (Japanese / English) is stored in your browser's local storage and is not sent to the Operator's servers.

運営者は、法令上認められる場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。購入状態の管理には米国の RevenueCat を、本ウェブサイトの配信には米国の Cloudflare を利用しており、これらの情報が日本国外で取り扱われます。アプリ内の課金は、米国の Apple Inc. が運営する App Store を通じて行われます。 Except where permitted by law, the Operator does not provide personal information to third parties. RevenueCat (United States) is used to manage purchase state and Cloudflare (United States) is used to serve this website, so that information is handled outside Japan. In-app purchases are processed through the App Store operated by Apple Inc. (United States).

ご本人は、自己の個人情報について開示、訂正、削除、利用停止を求めることができます。個人情報に関する請求・苦情の申出先は contact@nanaknots.com です。運営者は、アクセス制限とHTTPS通信などの合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。第6節のとおり米国で取り扱われる情報については、同国の個人情報の保護に関する制度を把握したうえで措置を講じます。 You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your own personal information. Requests and complaints regarding personal information should be sent to contact@nanaknots.com. The Operator applies reasonable security measures, including access restrictions and HTTPS. For the information handled in the United States as described in Section 6, the Operator has reviewed that country's personal information protection regime and takes measures accordingly.
